and 3 large bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

  This year round home can allow you and your family to swim at the beach, kayak along the shore, or hike Lyon Mountain

from your back yard. If you prefer to visit during the winter months  the ski-doo trail system is also in your backyard,

and Chazy Lake will provide you with the opportunity to ice fish and snow shoe.
