Chazy Lake
is located approximately one hour southeast of Montreal and approximately 40 minutes from Lake Placid.
The 1,606-acre Chazy Lake averages 33 feet deep, drops to a
maximum depth of 72 feet, and has waterthat is squeaky clean.
This Adirondack lake offers year round recreation; boating, sailing,
kayaking, and is perfect for four wheeling and

to a unique trail system ranging from Saranac to
Old Forge, New York.

Chateaugay Lake is located approximately
one hour
from the Canadian border and approximately 40 minutes from Lake Placid.
It is a spring and fresh water fed lake that is eleven
miles long with the widest point (Upper Lake) being 2 miles wide.
This lake consists of
three bodies of water including;
the Upper Lake, the Narrows and Lower Lake.
It is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, row boating, sailing, water skiing
and wind surfing. Properties with waterfront also offer
plenty of swimming opportunities.

After more than ten wonderful and successful years with Lake Land Equities, I have established my own real estate company called LaPoint Realty, specializing in Adirondack Waterfront Property. Four generations of our family live here so our pride and love for this special place comes across when we are introducing people to this area. As lifetime residents of Chazy Lake our knowledge and pride is an asset when negotiating with a prospective buyer. “No one can sell Chazy Lake and Chateaugay Lake as well as we can.” We are a full service real estate company. My daughter Lisa, son Marty and sister Sharron are licensed in real estate sales. Lisa and Marty also handle the rental aspect of the business. Marty is also available for property management and maintenance.
